Ordering, delivery and setup
Prices and quantities
VAT is not charged. Product prices include one print position. Quantity discounts apply to the total run on each order line, with each selected size priced at its own published rate. Socks are sold in pairs. Embroidery requires at least 10 items.
Additional prints and setup
The highest-priced selected print position is included. Other positions are charged at the displayed quantity rate. Embroidery digitisation is £15.75 per design and position, charged once per order line. Speciality vinyl costs an additional £1.58 per item and print position. These charges appear in your itemised price before ordering.
Delivery and collection
UK delivery is £4.95 and is free when the product subtotal is over £75. Collection is free from Unit 7, Victoria Enterprise Estate, Victoria Road, Peacehaven, BN10 8HJ. Wait for your ready-to-collect notice before travelling. Production timing is confirmed with your proof; courier transit follows production.
Rush orders
For production needed within 7 days, select rush production. This adds 25% to product and printing charges. Production timing is confirmed with your proof before production.
Samples
Order one item at the published single-item price and select “sample”. Contact the team with your sample order reference when placing a bulk order within 30 days. The team can arrange the sample product credit before your bulk purchase. Embroidery is subject to its 10-item minimum.
Proofs and product details
Online product drawings and print-size previews are illustrative. The team sends a separate proof confirming print dimensions and placement before production. All products can be customised, approved and purchased online using the published options. Supplier garment measurements are marked as pending where a verified size chart is not yet available.
Cancellation
Contact the team as soon as possible. Where cancellation is agreed before production, the payment is refunded less a £10 administration charge, limited to the actual reasonable administration costs incurred. This charge does not apply where a full refund is required by your statutory rights. Once custom production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
