What to tell us
Include these and we can usually answer in one reply rather than three.
- Your order or quote reference — the
PP-number on your confirmation email, or the quote reference we sent you. - The email address you ordered with, so we can find the job without asking you to prove anything twice.
- The design reference shown under each basket line, if your question is about one specific item.
- What you need — a change before print, a proof question, a delivery date, a return, or a price for a larger run.

For a proof approved at checkout, use your order ticket or contact us with your order reference. If we email a separate or revised proof, its secure link opens the exact revision awaiting your decision. Artwork, delivery and returns policies are in our file setup, delivery and returns documents.
